KaFRA and the Kawana Forest Community would like to thank Jodie Headley-Ward and the team at McGrath Real Estate Caloundra for yet again another great Australia Day event in Kurrajong Park. There was huge support this year with triple the number of residents and lots of children. A great day bringing our community together.

As I reported in my previous newsletter update, our recent community campaign for improved road infrastructure secured $22 million of funding and roadworks have commenced. However, it is clear that a broader solution to our traffic congestion on Kawana Way Link Road and Kawana Way is needed, including the construction of the $440M Mooloolah River Interchange. (more…)
As we begin another year, I would like to take this opportunity to wish you all a healthy, creative and prosperous new year.
