New KaFRA Committee Elected. Honour outgoing president Greg Chambers. President of Twin Waters Neighbourhood Watch did a presentation.
Residents are advised that a home has been broken in to and robbed on Whitebeech St in Kawana Forest. The thieves were able to gain access into the home by manipulating the frame on a back glass sliding door and by breaking the lock, and were able to obtain a substantial amount of jewellery.
The local Police have responded and taken fingerprints. Residents are encouraged to talk to neighbours and to report anything out of the ordinary to Crime Stoppers (1800 333 000) or to Police.
A big thank you to everyone who attended the 2017 KaFRA Christmas Party. It was well attended with loads of food, fun activities for kids, prizes prizes prizes, and of course – Santa!
